1.How can i get a sample to test before place an order ?

You can email us for inquire a sample for test and offer us all the details based on the mass production orders.the sample will be shipped within 1week if there’s a ready sample in stock,otherwise it will take 2-3weeks to prepare the new samples based on your requirements.the sample freight cost will be required to be paid in advance or will be collected.In addition it can be shipped via your own shipping agent in China.

2.How long will the goods be shipped after conformed the order ?

The goods will be shipped within 5-7weeks after 30% deposit payment was made in advance and the order artworks were approved if any.

3.What’s the payment terms ?

The payment will be 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment.

4.Do you offer OEM/ODM service ?

Yes,we do if the order quantity reaches our MOQ or more than.in addition you can make the trial order with our brand to test the markets firstly if it is workable.

5.What’s the warranty terms for customer after services ?

We will offer some qty spare units or spare pare parts for repair if needed when confirm the new order.
